💭Tips To Make Best Strawberry Lemonade Recipe

  1. A good lemonade recipes starts with fresh ripe strawberries.  The sweetness and freshness of fresh berries in what makes this lemonade taste absolutely delicious! We wouldn’t recommend frozen strawberries, as the frozen ones looses some of its sweetness and might need extra sugar if using to make lemonade.
  2. If fresh strawberries are not accessible, then do use frozen strawberries. Remember to first thaw them in refrigerator overnight and then use it. You might need extra sugar to balance the taste of the lemonade, taste and adjust the amount of sugar needed.
  3. To extract maximum juice from lemon, gently roll lemons on the kitchen counter applying mild pressure. This will loosed the lemon and help squeeze out most of its juices. You can also microwave lemon for 3 to 5 seconds before squeezing.
  4. And if you are your kid don’t like strawberries (what…?) feel free to add other berries like raspberries, blueberries.

I wish we get sweet strawberries in India. They are usually tart and we need some extra sweetener to be added which I hate. Always prefer the natural sweetness from fruits. Hope you enjoy the lemonade

I doubt there is a better summer drink than a glass of cold strawberry lemonade. I would almost have dozens of jars full of it every single day – it looks fantastic. I can’t wait to make some!
