- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- 1/3 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Serve straight up for creamier soft frozen yogurt or let it firm up in the freezer if you like to scoop it out as ice cream.
- Pour this mixture into a pan and freeze it for 2 hours.
- Remove the yogurt mixture from the freeze. Scoop out the blueberry yogurt before into serving bowls. Serve immediately.
