These 2 ingredients strawberry mango popsicles are easy to make, refreshing, and perfect for hot days. No sugar is added, these are naturally sweet, and the wonderful fruity flavor makes it a crowd-pleaser!
Frozen treats are hard to resist. It’s refreshing and helps cool off summer heat with blueberry frozen yogurt, pineapple dole whip, and refreshing watermelon granita.

Ingredients
- Ripe mangoes– Sweet ripe mango works best. You can use any type of sweet mango. You can easily use frozen mangoes when mangoes are not in season. I wouldn’t recommend canned mangoes, as canned mangoes are loaded with sugar. Mangoes naturally have enough sweetness.
- Strawberries – Use good quality strawberries for the best taste. You can use frozen strawberries when strawberries are not in season.
Variations
Feel free to change things up.
- Strawberries can be substituted with raspberries.
- Use mango yogurt instead of fresh mangoes.
- Add fresh slices of fruit like kiwi, and strawberry slices into the popsicle molds before pouring in the fruit puree.
- For sweetness stir in sugar to the fruit puree.

How to make
It’s straightforward. Remove the flesh from the mango, and blitz it in a food processor until creamy and smooth. If needed you can add a dash of freshly squeezed lime juice (or lemon juice) to the puree. Puree fresh strawberries to make a smooth puree.
Pour mango puree to fill the molds halfway and then pour strawberry puree. You can do many layers by alternating the puree many times. Pop the mold in the freeze and freeze overnight or until completely frozen.

When removing the Popsicles from the molds give them a few minutes to thaw around the edges so they come out easier. Don’t force them by pulling it hard, be gentle to get popsicles out neat.

Ingredients
- 1.5 cups fresh strawberries
- 3 sweet ripe mangoes
Instructions
- Hull strawberries and chop them into pieces. Blend it in a blender or food processor until you get a smooth strawberry puree. Add ½ to 1 tablespoon water if needed.
- Remove mango pulp. Blend it in a blender until it's smooth.
- To make distinct layers on the popsicle, pour strawberry puree first alternating with mango puree. You can add as many layers as you like.
- Cover with a popsicle mold lid and place it in the freezer for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the freezer and insert the Popsicle stick now.
- Freeze overnight or for 6 to 8 hours until completely frozen.
- When ready to serve, remove the mold from the freezer and dip the mold in warm water for 5 to 7 seconds. Then gently pull the Popsicle out holding on to the stick. This should help the Popsicle come out of the mold easily without breaking.
