How to make non-alcoholic Christmas punch

You can easily make a non-alcoholic mocktail by substituting alcohol (rum/vodka) with Sprite or 7 UP. Kids would love this mocktail. It’s fruity, punchy and so Christmassy!

Tips for best Christmas punch

  1. Use pure 100% juice blends. Skip the cocktail mixes as they contain water and other flavors.
  2. It’s best to mix cranberry juice with other juices. It’s pleasant to drink. Also, make sure you buy sweetened cranberry juice. Unsweetened cranberry juice is too tart and not too pleasant to drink.
  3. Use frozen cranberries. Frozen fruits are a great choice over ice cubes. They keep the drink chilled and prevent the punch from diluting.
  4. Make sure to use chilled or even frozen lemonade concentrate thereby you don’t have to use ice to keep the drink chilled.
  5. Feel free to use homemade freshly squeezed lemon juice instead of store-bought lemonade. Use about 4-5 lemons to squeeze out its juices.
  6. If you want to infuse spice flavors into the drink, add cinnamon sticks, cloves, and star anise into cranberry fruit juice and let it sit in the fridge for 12 hours or overnight. The next day, spices would be infused into the juice.
  7. If making a non-alcoholic version with Spite or 7 UP, best to serve the drink fresh, as soon as it’s stirred. Soda will turn flat if stored for a long time.

Hello, I want to make Jingle Juice for our club Christmas party but am a little confused. The ingredients list says to use Limeade concentrate….but the rest of the directions say Lemonade concentrate. Which one is correct?

Silly question, I only use the sprite if I’m making the non – alcoholic drink correct? I see it listed in the ingredients but not the instructions. Sorry, my brain is frazzled getting everything ready to cook.

Sorry for the confusion. You can use either sprite or 7 UP in the drink. Feel free to use prosecco instead of sprite.

Your Christmas punch is so pretty and festive! I always love putting out a big bowl of adult punch and separate one for kids. All of it is usually gone by the end of the night 🙂

Oh I’m so excited to find this recipe! I’m often assigned to bring a special beverage to family holiday gatherings, along with whatever else I’m making, and this one is just an absolute home run! So gorgeous! And, I really love that I can make it in two different versions, both with and without alcohol – and it’s delicious either way! A lot of alcohol-based party beverages just aren’t that good once you take alcohol out of the equation, but we have lots of kids in the family, as well as many people who aren’t really big drinkers – so this is extra-perfect! Thank you!
