What a great treat to enjoy on a hot summer day. Not only is it tasty but good for you too. I really am glad that you don’t need an ice cream machine to make this. I don’t want any more equipment — but with this recipe I can make it and enjoy!!

I love frozen yogurts with fruits. These days we’ve been having way too many full fat ice creams so this would be a great treat on the healthier side. Love the sound of blueberries in my ice cream. yum!
