Can I put the dip to to phyllo shells and bake it that way?
Jyothi Rajesh says
I haven’t tried it that way. So can’t really say it for sure, but my guess would be you can do it. If you do try, please come back to share how it went. Thanks

Thank you for this recipe! I made half a batch of this because I had left over bacon and some cream cheese. I didn’t have green onions so used yellow onions and chives. I decided to add horseradish too. Oh my goodness this was so good!

Can this be made a day or two before then baked the day of the party?
Jyothi Rajesh says
Yes, you can store cream cheese dip in air tight containers for upto 3-4 days. I’d suggest you hold the bacon if planning to make ahead. Add it before reheating and re heat so it doesn’t loose it’s crispiness.
To reheat- simply reheat in microwave until cheese is melted or bubbly and serve

Does this get hard after sitting out for a few hours?
Jyothi Rajesh says
Yes cheese begins to harden as it rests. You can warm it up if cheese turns solid. Best to serve the dip soon as it’s made when it’s still nice, hot and bubbly!
