Is refried bean dip spicy?

This recipe will result in a mildly spicy dip as the recipe calls for Jalapenos and mild green chilies together. It’s not spicy at all as the heat is balanced with cream cheese, sour cream, and cheese. If you can’t handle the heat at all, skip jalapenos from the recipe.
