Bisi bele bath powder is an authentic Karnataka-style special spice powder that is used to make a rice lentils-based dish called bisi bele bath. Bisi translates to English hot, bele means lentils/dal, and bath is a rice-lentils dish that has loads of mixed vegetables in it.

Instructions
Heat a pan and dry roast the ingredients one by one. First, add dried red chilies and dry roast them on low flame. Next, add the rest of the ingredients and dry roast until the dal turns light golden brown and the spices are aromatic.
Remove from flame and let it cool completely.
Transfer these roasted spices into a mixer and blend them into fine powder.
Store this aromatic Bisi Bele Bhath Masala powder in a dry, air-tight container.
