This homemade easy guacamole recipe is made with fresh ingredients and packed with amazing flavors, you’ll never restore to store-bought dip again. You'll need only 10 minutes to make the best homemade guacamole.

Instructions
Cut perfectly ripe avocados into half lengthwise. Remove and discard the pit. Using a spoon scoop out the flesh, and add it to a large mixing bowl. Squeeze fresh lime juice over it.
Add a generous pinch of sea salt to the avocado, this will prevent the avocado from oxidizing and turning brown.
Using a fork mash avocado. Do not over-mash or puree avocados. It needs to have some texture.
Add the rest of the ingredients diced red onions, minced garlic, diced tomatoes, chopped jalapenos, and fresh cilantro. Mix until combined. Taste and adjust seasoning as required. If you like extra punch add more jalapenos.
It’s BEST to serve guacamole as soon as it’s made. These are great with nachos or tortilla chips.

Pick the right avocado that still has its stem and is ripe but still firm. If you press on one it should yield.
Do not over-mash or puree avocados.Â
Use freshly squeezed lime.
If you don't like raw garlic flavor, skip it. Adding ripe tomatoes is optional too.
For extra spicy, add one more jalapeno with seeds on.
