Beat the summer heat with this refreshing watermelon slushie, made with only four healthy ingredients. It helps you get through hot summer days. This easy-to-make summer drink does not require a recipe.
Cut the watermelon in half. Remove the outer green rind. Cut it into thick round slices. Cut each round slice into cubes. If too many seeds, try to remove them. A few seeds on watermelon are ok.
Pop watermelon in the freezer for a couple of hours before juicing.
Add all ingredients into a blender.
Blend it for a couple of minutes until well blended.
Pour into serving glasses, serve immediately.

Seedless watermelon is best. If you don’t get a seedless watermelon, cut the watermelon and remove the seeds before you go ahead.Â
To get a thick slushie consistency, freeze watermelon for a couple of hours before blending.
