How Can I Adapt Garlic Shrimp Pasta Recipe?
- I have tossed pasta here in the white creamy sauce. If you do not like pasta (WHAT?! FOR REAL?!) you can just make the shrimp in white creamy sauce and serve it with garlic bread. Dunk garlic bread in warm creamy white sauce – ooooo heaven!
- Serve it as side with rice. You heard me. With rice! It tastes good, trust me guys I have tried it.
- If you are not a seafood person, replace shrimp with chicken. Why not, right! Chicken in creamy white sauce does taste incredible! Yes I have tried it.
Useful Tips:
- If you can roll out fresh pasta then nothing beats this dish, really! Use fresh homemade pasta if you can. I wish to own a pasta machine one day and try my hands on homemade pasta.
- I recommend using fresh shrimp again for this recipe. Nobody can deny that using fresh ingredients always gives better taste and flavor to the dish.
- Once pasta is mixed in the creamy white sauce, a touch of grated Parmesan never hurt anyone! I avoided it cause I wanted to keep it light and healthy!

Namaskaram JYOTHI – Kerala sends greetings to Bangalore :). Our eldest daughter telephoned a short while ago from Bangalore 🙂 requesting urgently a quick ‘upmarket’ pasta/prawns recipe – so I sent her yours today for a change because I want her to follow you as well. Incredible recipes – but your photography!!!!! oh my goodness – so very beautiful and most of all so elegant!!! Where did you learn this? Each photo in your portfolio is worthy of a printed version. In the UK people would buy this as greetings-/gift-cards. and yes, I am following you now. Carina
