📋Refreshing Watermelon Juice
Refreshingly sweet watermelon juice is the best thirst quencher on hot summer days! Fresh watermelon juice can be easily made at home in no time in a blender! It’s not only a thirst quencher but has abundant nutrients packed in it!
Servings: 4 servings
- 1 seedless fully ripe watermelon about 4 cups cubed pieces
- 1 inch fresh ginger
- 10 to 15 fresh mint leaves
- ½ teaspoon black salt
Use seedless fully ripe watermelon. To cut watermelon, slice off the ends of watermelon, remove rind from it.
Cut circle slices of watermelon and cut into cubes.
Add cubes watermelon into blender and blend into a smooth juice.
If the watermelon has seeds don’t bother removing all the seeds. Blend it into juice along with seeds and then strain the juice using fine sieve strainer.
Strain the juice through fine mesh strainer to get fine clear watermelon juice. You can skip straining the juice if watermelon was seedless and you don’t mind grainy juice.
Serve immediately with few ice cubes and mint leaves sprigs or chill watermelon juice in refrigerator for 1 or 2 hours before servings.
