This breakfast frozen yogurt bark is quick, effortless summer breakfast/brunch dish. If you want a quick snack that is healthy, indulgence and less fat than this yogurt bark which is studded with fresh fruits and healthy granola will easily fit that bill. Whip up a batch and keep it in your freezer and you are good to go for few days.
In a medium bowl whisk yogurt and honey. Substitute honey with maple syrup if you prefer.
Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and pour yogurt into it. Spread it out evenly. Spread it as thick or thin as you prefer.
Stud with fresh fruits or frozen berries. Sprinkle granola.
Freeze for 6 to 8 hours or until frozen solid.
Break into bark or slice them up with sharp knife. Enjoy.
