Breakfast Frozen Yogurt Bark

This breakfast frozen yogurt bark is quick, effortless summer breakfast/brunch dish. If you want a quick snack that is healthy, indulgence and less fat than this yogurt bark which is studded with fresh fruits and healthy granola will easily fit that bill. Whip up a batch and keep it in your freezer and you are good to go for few days.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups yogurt (plain or Greek, full fat is best)
  • 3 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)
  • 2 cups chopped fruits
  • 1 cup breakfast granola

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl whisk yogurt and honey. Substitute honey with maple syrup if you prefer.
  • Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and pour yogurt into it. Spread it out evenly. Spread it as thick or thin as you prefer. 
  • Stud with fresh fruits or frozen berries. Sprinkle granola.
  • Freeze for 6 to 8 hours or until frozen solid.
  • Break into bark or slice them up with sharp knife. Enjoy.
