Mini cheese balls are bite-sized appetizers of the classic party's favorite cheese balls. These are the perfect appetizer for Thanksgiving, Christmas party, New Year’s Eve, football party, or anytime. Its cheese balls are served in individual portions rolled in nuts and bacon and topped with salty pretzel sticks!
12ouncescream cheesesoftened (use full fat for best results)
½cupsour creamuse full fat for best results
1cupsharp white cheddar cheeseshredded (can also use sharp yellow cheddar or freshly shredded mozzarella)
1 ½teaspoonsonion powder
1 ½teaspoonsgarlic powder
Salt to taste
½teaspoonpepperadjust to taste

¾cupreal bacon bits
¾cuppecanschopped
1 ½tablespoonsparsleychopped
2tablespoonsgreen onion

Instructions
You’ll need the cream cheese softened before you start. Make sure to remove ingredients from the fridge for at least 20-30 minutes before making the appetizer.
In a bowl beat together softened cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, salt & pepper until well combined.
Fold in green onion. If you like to add additional ingredients for more flavor and taste you can do it now. Some of the options are finely diced red bell peppers, a dash of hot sauce, or any other ingredients you want to use.
Cover the mix and refrigerate it for at least 15 minutes to 1 hour.
In a small bowl mix real bacon bits, chopped pecans, finely chopped parsley, and green onion.
Once the cheese mixture is cooled enough to handle, scoop out the mixture and roll it in the bacon-nuts mixture to coat evenly.
Insert a pretzel stick into each mini ball and serve.
