Instructions
Cut salmon fillets into 1-inch cubes. Pat salmon fillets with a dry paper towel to remove excess moisture. Don’t skip this step, less moisture = crispier salmon outer.
Preheat the air fryer at 200°C. Line the air fryer with air fryer liners.
Place salmon cubes into a wide bowl. Add all the seasoning.
Mix until coated. Toss to coat all salmon cubes well in the spices.
Arrange salmon cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd the basket; leave some space between each piece. This is crucial to get a crispy salmon outer.
Cook in an air fryer at 200°C for 5-8 minutes, flipping each piece halfway through to ensure it cooks evenly and is crisp on both sides. Cook until salmon is opaque and flakes easily when cut.
Jo’s Tip: Air fryer salmon bites taste great with Bang Bang sauce. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chilli sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar and pepper.
Serve salmon bites cooked in an air fryer with jasmine rice, with bang bang sauce drizzled over salmon bites. Add a fried egg along with cucumber slices or sauteed broccoli on the side.

Notes
Use fresh salmon for the best texture and taste.
Don’t slice salmon too small. 1-inch cubes are the perfect size.
Marinate salmon overnight in the refrigerator or for a few hours for a deeper flavor.
Lightly brush or spray oil over salmon for a crispy golden outer.
Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket. Arrange salmon in a single layer, leaving space between. This ensures the best texture.
Adjust cooking time depending on the size. Cook salmon for 5-8 minutes at 200°C, depending on the size of the cubes.
Don’t overcook salmon. For crispy, juicier salmon, cook until salmon is opaque and flakes easily when cut.
Use a liner. Use a parchment paper or an air fryer liner for each clean up.
