Refreshing Pineapple Juice

Fresh refreshing pineapple juice is a tropical delight that has many health benefits. This light and refreshing fruit juice has tangy, sweet and slightly tart taste. You need to make it more often, drink in moderation to reap in all the benefits.

Ingredients

  • 1 fresh ripe pineapple mine yields about 4 cups fresh pineapple chunks
  • 3 tablespoon sugar adjust amount as per sweetness preference
  • 1 pinch of salt use black salt if you have, enhances the taste
  • ½ lemon juice of it
  • ½ cup water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • You need the right ripe pineapple for juicing.
  • Once you have fresh pineapple chunks we are ready to juice it.
  • Into a blender add in fresh pineapple chunks, sugar, salt, lemon juice, water and ice cubes.
  • Blend it until smooth, there should not be any chunks of fruit in the mix.
  • Strain the juice using muslin cloth or a fine sieve. Squeeze out all the juice.
  • Taste and adjust the taste by adding in more sweeteners if needed or add in more water to adjust the consistency.
  • Serve immediately served with ice cubes, pineapple wedges and fresh mint leaves.

Pick The Right Pineapple – Smell the pineapple from it’s bottom, if it smells like sweet then it’s ripe. 
Use It Same Day -Best to drink the juice the same day. It’s tastes fresh and better.
