Notes

How To Select Peaches?
Pick the ones that are just about ripe but firm. Sturdy and ripe peaches allow them to hold it’s shape when you grill.
How Long To Grill?
Peaches really don’t need to be grilled for long. It takes around 8-10 minutes total to perfectly grill peaches. Please note, the time will vary depending on the temperature of your BBQ.
How To Serve?
  • As dessert, topped with vanilla ice cream, mascarpone cheese.
  • In your salads.
  • For breakfast, with Greek yogurt and granola.
  • As appetizer - slice up grilled peaches into wedges. Wrap halved bacon strip around each wedge,  cook again on BBQ for a minute or two until bacon crisps up and turns brown on all sides.
