Up your homemade or store-bought burger game with a big Mac sauce recipe. McDonald’s Big Mac sauce is creamy, tangy, slightly sweet, and packed full of flavors. It’s easy to make and you’ll need simple pantry ingredients, pairs perfectly with burgers, sliders, fries, and salads too.
Grate half-yellow or white onion directly into a medium-sized bowl.
To grated onion add the rest of the ingredients – mayonnaise, French dressing, sweet relish, mustard, apple cider vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, paprika also ketchup if used.
Whisk it all together.
Cover bowl with plastic wrap or transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour so flavors can meld.
