Rich, creamy, sweet cinnamon butter is delicious spread that needs only 5 ingredients and is ready in less than 5 minutes. This copycat Texas roadhouse sweet butter is great spread for English muffins, dinner rolls, pancakes, waffles, toast, everything!
Place all ingredients into a bowl of stand mixer or hand mixer.
Beat for few minutes until butter is smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed. If salt in butter isn’t enough you can add ¼ teaspoon kosher or sea salt. Note – if you use table salt, you must use less salt.
Store cinnamon butter in glass jar.
Slather it generously on rolls, bread, toast, waffles, pancakes, corn bread, muffins.

Notes
You must use softened butter. Before you proceed with the recipe, make sure butter is softened at room temperature. Do not use melted butter and do not use hard refrigerated butter it’ll be crumbly when you whip it. Salted or unsalted softened butter can be used. If you use unsalted butter add ¼ to ½ teaspoon kosher salt.
No substitute for powdered sugar.Powdered sugar will give volume to the butter. My recipe is written with ¼ cup powdered sugar, feel free to increase the sugar to ½ cup if you like sweeeet butter.
Use clear raw honey.Use clear raw honey for best results. Avoid using creamed honey. Liquid honey that has water consistency should not be used. It will not only thin down the butter, butter will fall apart.
Adjust sweetness. Adjust the amount of powdered sugar and honey to your desired sweetness.
Serves up to 8 servings, each with 1 ½ tablespoon of honey butter.Nutritional Info – Please keep in mind that nutritional information provided is only a rough estimate and can vary greatly based on products used.
