Peel skin off potato, cut into thick 1 inch round slices.

Transfer potato slices into bowl Add melted butter, salt, herbs and ground pepper.

Mix it all together

Arrange it in single layer

Bake at 500 degree F. 20-25 minutes or until golden brown

Pour broth (mixed with garlic lemon juice) over the potatoes, bake for another 15 minutes.

Serve hot!
