Step 1 Sauté onion and garlic in butter
Step 2 Stir in flour and cook with constant stirring
Step 3 pour heavy whipping cream and chicken stock.
Step 4 Stir and cook until the sauce is thickened, and the sauce coats the back of the ladle.
Step 5 Add in pasta, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
Step 6 Turn off the heat, and add freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
Step 7 garnish with fresh parsley and some more red pepper flakes if you like, and serve immediately.
