When mangoes are in season, mango lemonade is a must make drink. It’s refreshing and tastes delicious.

This lemonade is very simple and easy to make. The only cooking part is making sugar syrup. Then blitz everything together and serve.

    Here’s the mango lemonade recipe-

    Ingredients:-
Mango pulp – ¾ cup(Use good quality mangoes like Alphonso or Kesar)
Lemon juice – From 4 lemons
    Ginger(grated) – 2-3 pinch
    Chilled water – as required

    For sugar syrup-
    Sugar – ½ cup
    Water – ½ cup

    For garnish
    Mint leaves
    Lemon slices
    Ice cubes

    Instructions:-

    1. To make sugar syrup, mix sugar and water to gather and bring it to boil. Keep stirring until sugar is completely dissolved. I prefer to make sugar syrup with 1 string consistency. You can skip it if you are pressed of time. Just ensure sugar and water boils and all sugar gets dissolved. Let the syrup cool down completely before using.

    2. Blend the mangoes until smooth. Add sugar syrup, lemon juice, grated ginger and chilled water and blend again for 5-10 seconds.

    3. Pour into serving glasses. Garnish with mint leaves, lemon slices and ice cubes and serve chilled immediately! ENJOY
