The aroma of fresh baked cookies is heaven. Such simple and easy recipe to follow, and the result is delicious cookies.
For this week Fondbites Bake Along challenge, Subhashini gave us Dark chocolate Cookie recipe. I have baked one or two cookies before, and the moment I saw it’s dark chocolate cookies I couldn’t wait to bake this.
So here’s the recipe with step by step instructions to bake dark chocolate cookies.
Dark Chocolate – 250 gms
Butter – 70 gms
Eggs – 2
Pure vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon
Light brown sugar – 3/4 cup
All-purpose flour – 2/3 cup
Baking powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Salt – 1/4 teaspoon
Chocolate chips – 150 gms(original recipe says 350 gms, I reduced it to almost half. Also I used half n half of both dark chocolate and white chocolate.)
Method of preparation:-
When I bake for Fondbites Bake Along, the recipes are given by Subhashini and I follow that most of the time as it is. Since I follow her recipes I provide link to her recipe, unless I have made some changes to the original recipe provided by her I do not write the recipe.
